Or on the other hand swap the tail out for a wolf tail and it may go a long way to making it look more Fenrisian wolf-like (which don't exactly resemble terran wolves completely anyway). Well, its going to be an Ice Lion :ermm: so I'll keep the lions tail (and the tail of where they got lions will also be explained once I've written their back story!) 2. Yep, the weapon belonged to a rebel dark angel, whom he was able to dispatch..... 3. change the skull of the back of the wolf to something else. Maybe a more wolf-like skull. and the skull is an Ork skull, I havent got a wolf skull as yet, but as I'm making a pair of these, to accompany something far grander in scale, I will try that out when I buy some space wolf bits!! cathar the great Posted October 12, 2009 Share Posted October 12, 2009 That arm is much better. The only problem left I have with him are the legs. The are spread apart way too wide. If you look at pictures of people riding horses, you will see that their legs are nearer to the animal and not spreading in all directions. I have faced the same problem when I built some Chaos Marines mounted on Bretonnian horses. It helps if you cut the legs at the waist and at the knees and then rearrange them. Another thing to do would be to build up a saddle with either GS or bitz so the Marine sits higher. Right now the legs still look unnatural. Then washed back down with devlan mud/fenris grey mix. Added some yellow, but have now stopped for a moment, because I really cant decide what colour to do the lion. I wanted the rider to have a big blond beard, but may have to go the ginger route... Anyway, please let me know what you think of this grey, and ideas you have!! Thanks again!
