Grey Knight Hero: What gear can he take?

There is an escalation league at my club coming up and my buddy gave me a box of PAGK...so I think I'm going to try these out (the league only goes to 500 points, starting with kill teams at 160)...so, this is my first of many dumb questions as I look through my shiny new codex.

 

So, in the Daemonhunter codex the GKH entry says "The Grey Knight Hero may be given any equipment allowed by the Daemonhunters Armoury." Then I look up at the listings in the armory and think "Man, it'd be awesome if I could give him a Psychic Hood." But there is no points listing for said hood...or purity seals...or anything...and there is nowhere that it says it is or is not allowed.

 

So...how much do the wargear upgrades cost? Where does it say whether he can or can't take something? Can he take a psychic hood?

 

IF he can take a psychic hood, and the power is used against him, can he use the hood and then the GK Aegis both to counter it?

 

There is probably a page somewhere that addresses this, but I have yet to find it; please point it out to me. Meanwhile, I'll keep combing. =) Cheers and thanks in advance.

Page 16 of the DH Codex has a massive list of wargear and prices that takes up more than half the page; it's really rather hard to miss.

 

The Aegis special rule entry specifically mentions that one must choose between using a Psychic Hood or using Aegis.
