rune priests psi powers setup

First of all, hope this topic has not been discussed yet... if so, please, forgive me :)

Ok, these days there's a great discussing on the italian WH40k community about rune priests and how to select their powers when you choose to field 2 or more of these QGs in the same army list.

How do we interpret the rule stating "no two char. may bear the same saga, nor may they bear the same psychic powers or wargear combination..."?

Someone on the italian forum, think that being "powers" plural, the rule actually refers to the COMBINATION of psy powers: the combination of 2 powers can't be the same for more than a single priest, but a single powers itself may be chosen for more than a single priest in the list.

Others think the opposite: "powers" is referred to each single power, and as a result, each very single psy power may not be chosen for more than one single rune priest.

I'd like to know the opinion of this community, and especially of those who speak English as a mother tongue!

P.S. I forgot to add that italian players ended up referring to the english version of the codex cause the italian one has multiple and big flaws, due to a horrorific translation job ( and no, I am not the translater actually! )

P.P.S. forgive my poor English...

Unless FAQd Im going with "combination of powers" plain and simple. Weve argued this one back and forth, most people seemed ok with that interpretation, and my gaming group certainly is.

Your english seems to be just fine, I noted you edited it... but I have no way of telling how much. You are quite interpretable.

That being said I think that Tempests Wrath is probly the most awe inspiring peice of Psychic power to ever be unleashed from the warp since the days of 2nd ed. Everyone else can have their Jaws of the World Wolf, Ill take it sometimes, probly when I expect to see alot of nidz in the spring, or perhaps against places with alot of gaurd, ork, and tau players... but still its not the best ever.

Two Rune Priests, one in a transport the other with bikers, casting Tempests Wrath will blanket an entire board- and potentially kill off entire squads over the course of a few turns. At the very least it allows your own mobile units to appear even more mobile by comparison.
