Chaos Marine Build up

Hey guys,

 

Had some random bits lying around from my current Chaos army and got inspired to go all out on a fully corrupted new army. I'm thinking of having all my units marked by Khorne or Nurgle. Anyway without further adu here is the skull champion of what will eventually be a full unit of berzerkers.

He's still a WIP. I'm going to bloody him up a little when I get a little bit more gloss. The idea for the rest of the army will be to use lots of possessed bits for any champions. I'm Also going to use the forgeworld kit for the rest of the berzerkers as well as for plague marines. Custom renegade guard will probably also follow but I'm unsure on how to go about them, so ideas would be appreciated!

 

I'm pretty undecided as well at the moment on how i should base them up, its either going to be an urban mess or muddy trench look.

edit: I've taken better pictures of him, the first ones washed out his armour too much. Also trench bases won!

Just a quick update! started building up the berzerkers, here is another one built from bits. I'm sought of leaning more towards using fantasy bits to make them look a bit more feral with exposed flesh, rather than a full power armoured look.
