win in combat? without power armour

Klingons or Wolfs?

our would they test meal against bloodwine?

klingons act first and ask questions after, but do us wolfs do the same...

hmmm... humanoid who is slightly improved against humans, but are still limited by their size (albeit big) against a Genetically enhanced fighting machine, who is 7 feet tall and weighs twice as much as the klingon and is still capable of moving twice as fast (especially out of armour)... the marine would wipe ( ;) ) the klingon off the battlefield

I think a normal Fenrisian would prolly be more than a match for a Klingon. A Space Wolf is without question the winner, simply because, latst time I checked, Mr. Warf didn't have fangs and claws on the standard model.

No as for Mead vs. Bloodwine, I'd have to go for mead, as I've never tried Bloodwine, and I don't think it would taste very good. It sounds like something the Blood Angels would drink, or maybe the Kazoos.

Your thinking of disruptors... and I imagine its similar to plasma.

I think in spite of them being xeno's, the wolves and klingons would get along.

Also, bloodwine (or the fanboy equivalent) isnt too bad, but an acquired taste.. much like real mead (not the sugary junk most folks are used to but are barely over 3.5%)

I have a bunch of friends in the SCA and they make some mead that is about 60 proof (or 30% alcohol). I had about 6 liters (because thats how they serve it) and then stood up, that was a fun night. It's alright, but I find it much too thick for normal drinking, seeing as how their recipe is mostly honey. You have to describe how that bloodwine is made, as I'm an amateur brewer, and I could try making some.

But back on topic, what do you guys think about a normal Fenrisian's chance against a Klingon?

If we were going for ship to ship combat, I'd say that the Klingon's had the advantage. Their ships would be much smaller and way faster, more able to target the vulnerabilities if an Imperial Strike Cruiser. Their only problem would be size, as the smallest ships the Space Wolves would send out are roughly 1-3 kilometers long, where the average Klingon vessel would only be about 215 meters long, and their heavy cruisers only 500 meters long, and the largest ship I could find reference to only 700 meters long.

No, I meant disentegrators... they arent common, but they do have the *highly illegal* technology to just destroy something down to its component atoms in the ST universe.
