Wich Wargear?

Witch Weapons do you use for your LordInquisitor w Terminator Armour?

This was something we used to do in 4th edition when you could drop an Elite Inquisitor with a psycannon down on the table and his IC status made him untargetable.

Because this is no longer possible in 5th edition 40K, we don't do this. Inqiusitors don't get terminator armour anymore. Generally speaking, Malleus Inquisitors are only useful for the multi-melta servitor and mystics they can bring along in their retinue. Giving him a psycannon anymore is just gravy, but no longer necessary. If it's an I-lord, giving him a psychic hood can also be nice.

Maybe consider giving an Elite Inquisitor a psycannon, no retinue, and sticking him with your GK mini-purgation squad. Do this only if you really really want to play with an Eversor or Callidus assassin, though.

or otherwise......how to make him kinda CC-Beast?

Can't be done. Totally impossible. Don't be seduced by the fluff or the wonderful DH codex cover art. Inquisitors are absolutely terrible in CC for the amount of points you have to spend on them.

If you want a CC Inquisitor, go with the Hereticus inquisitor instead and load up on Crusaders and power weapons on your acolyltes, as well as a couple of Chirurgeons. Make sure they have a transport, and you may actually have something worthwhile there.

Either take a long-range weapon and some mystics and provide fire support/teleport denial, or for fun, give him Artificer/Termi armour, Holocaust, and some throwaway minions (flamer vets are nice too). Not usually useful, but absolutely devastating if the enemy is using GEQS or the like. Fun stuff, and makes a nice buffer for your troops if melee gets close.
