You could paint for a bit instead of posting pics after every lick of paint you apply to it. Maybe then there'll be more to say.

i hope the rust looks ok, thanks for all the help guys, let em know what you think.

i didnt really put brass in because the army itselft isnt really a brassy thing (i know its khrone but i dont have it... so shoot me)

in the past few minutes i painted the eyes red because i forgot them but you can imagine, if i ever highlight it ill put it on this page but im not confident with highlighting enough to do that yet.

just as an additional thing the name of the grand master before he went dread then daemon was Master Cather Bloodhowl, just because you guys helped the most. ;)

:D :D ;)

(Just so you know, I got bloodhowl from the name of a Space Wolf Wolf Lord :P )

Somehow, I think that the chainmail should be brass... As it is, it just doesn't sit right with me...

now i do like that idea... i may have to do that and i may add some more chainmail and make that brass...

very good suggestion *yells in the background "serf! break out the paints!!"

I like the color on the wings and flesh. The metal still lacks a bit. You could try randomly using brown or black washes over some parts to set it apart.

I'm with Cathar, the metal needs a bit to it. Like he says, different washes on different bits will work well. Maybe some battle damage on it? Some pitting and scoring? Logic just says to me that if that is seen on the battlefield, it would get shot at quite a bit, possibly while the shooter wets themselves. But that, unless it was very unlucky, would probably not show up on him B)

Edit: is that meant to be rust or blood on the flail?

ok ill start working on some real damage, i have added some brass to it, so much for finished

its supposed to be blood but im planning to make it better when the paint (cangt remember the name) order comes as its long over due.

thanks

ok i have a few pics as i dont have alot of time and im sure you dont want to see every new scratch and blast mark on the armour or every little new bit of brass, so i have a few :cuss
