So I started with cutting Celestine her legs of , and stcik them to sigvald torso. I wanted to give him a special weapon so I decided to create a whole new weapon a combi pistol (name yet to be decided) http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y36/warpten/DSC00301.jpg For close combat I wanted to give him a Sword but after searching a few bitz sites there wasn't a single sword I liked for this model. Cloud Runner Posted October 21, 2009 Share Posted October 21, 2009 Nice, but I think the cloak and cherubs don't fit. Just something abut them. Given the pose structure, essentially the same as Celestine, have you considered having the arms at more of a rest position, with the spear extending along the length of the arm? Biohazard Posted October 21, 2009 Share Posted October 21, 2009 Was gonna suggest the same as cloudrunner about the pose of the arms something about the spear at the moment doesnt quite fit. I also agree with the cherubs not fitting, I feel if he flapped his wings he would render both cherubs unconcious with blows to the head and he would lose his cloak ;) Apart from that this is one of the nicer looking Sanguinius conversions ive seen. He used a Sword, the spear of Telesto, which I'm guessing your referring to, was created by a writer practically hated by the Blood Angel community. Most of us would prefer a nice flaming sword, something with more believability. His pose is awkward, his body, wings, position in according to the ground, and his arms just don't match up. If he is taking off, he should have his arms either at rest, pointer more down, or in action, shooting at something. If he is in combat, he wouldn't be standing on his toes, his big fleshy wings in the air. If he is just showing off for the ladies, he shouldn't look so bored and lax. Get what I'm saying? I especially like the scale of the wings, looks perfect :P The only thing I can see that I think it needs is a belt buckle. something simple, but just to break up the transition between the armour and the cloth.
