Bartali Posted October 26, 2009 Share Posted October 26, 2009 As other people have already said watering your paints down will help, they look far too thick at the moment. It also looks as though you could do with some better brushes, do you have a detail brush ? I wouldn't worry about highlighting for the time being, I'd concentrate on getting the basic colours right and then start painting details. WelshMullet Posted October 26, 2009 Share Posted October 26, 2009 As many people have said, your paints are way too thick. Water it down, and do multiple layers. Make sure your do an even layer of base colour (black) then several layers of green. Your white looks especially thick. I'd recommend stripping these models and starting again, if I am to be honest.
