If you don't learn to be patient, and take your time with your minis, they will never look good. It also looks as though you could do with some better brushes, do you have a detail brush ? I wouldn't worry about highlighting for the time being, I'd concentrate on getting the basic colours right and then start painting details. WelshMullet Posted October 26, 2009 Share Posted October 26, 2009 As many people have said, your paints are way too thick. Water it down, and do multiple layers. Make sure your do an even layer of base colour (black) then several layers of green. Your white looks especially thick. I'd recommend stripping these models and starting again, if I am to be honest. Stripping wont make a diffrence on that model he did like 17 layers of white.
