Space marine bikes

The entry for the captain says that if the captain is on a bike, any bike squad of more then 5 models may be taken as troop choices. The page on bikes says that if the squad is combat squadded, the attack bike counts as 2 models.

 

My question is: does the attack bike count as 2 models for the purpose of taking them as troops? Ie, does 3 bikes and an attack bike count as 5 models and thus, a troop choice when you have a captain on a bike?

The attack bike is a single model with 2 wounds.

One model, two wounds. Only would count as two models in the case of combat squadding.
