3rd out of the 9, 3rd way there now. Hope this one is up to the standards everyone expects of such crazy ideas, enjoy.

 

3rd Grand company Vice-captain Cairn Domatho may be second in command of the 3rd company in the 454 guard but he by no means is any less greater than any captain there is. He has been known for slight problem, or possible mutation, in his catalepsean node which makes him unable to sleep. While this would normally mean he should have degraded abilities he has shown no problems with being unable to sleep, possibly the catalepsean has mutated and made him permeantly switching which half of his brain he sleeps at a time or is that it has enhanced his body without need of sleep however no apothicary has found out how this occured nor when since records say he was perfectly fine when he became a scout and even a marine. This has earned him the monkier among his men as the 'Eternal angel' as he is never seen doing anything short of training or preparing plans for destroying the emperors enemies. One myth that some marines believe is he hasn't got a defective implant, just he's cursed to not sleep til every heretic is dead. No matter what they say he ether pays no heed or doesn't care. In the battlefield he is seen as a most terrifying foe to face, his armour engraved with countless prayers to the emperor and even some hymns and even during battle he bellows prayers and litanies to the point where even the chaplins respect him out of fear of what he might do if they fail. He is very strict indeed as well, while his captain is laid back about thinks he is far more serious and is known for a fiery temper, any marine who commits any infraction will be lucky to get off with just 3 weeks fasting even for the smallest of infractions so the company despite a calm commander is quite well disiplined. In the battlefield if he feels his prayers and litanies will fail him he calls upon his swords mighty power, Angels song becomes; The ever vigil angel; Angels choir. This transforms the blade into golden armour and white wings with which he flys about the field of battle and rains doom with feathers that are as hard as any bullets, the armour Stops blows with ease as if the wielder was a meer child while the blinding light makes any attempt to look at him near impossible without being blinded so even ranged weapons find it hard to target him. Even while this form is ranged primarily he doesn't falter in using the same armours hardness and protection as a batter ram against other tanks and even infantry hitting with force of a land raider going at full speed and when locked in combat he just batters the opponent with superior hand-to-hand skill, grabbing blades with the armoured fists and catching powerfists under his arm. He is a very deadly foe to face, none would dare question his abilities.

Special rules:

Fearless

Inspired by fear: any unit within 6" is considered fearless, in addition any fearless unit with 12" that losses combat will not take extra wounds, this include the captain himself

The ever Vigil Angel; Angels choir: This suit of armour has a 2+ armour save and 2+ invunerable. The suit makes the wearer count as a jetbike in movement phase however does not gain +1T nor does he need take DT tests if he moves into DT. He may turbo boost through (or over but without applying the following effect) any tank or enemy unit, if he does then infantry take D6 wounds and take a leadership check while tanks suffer a Str9 AP1 hit. If the turbo boost fails to get a penetrating hit or destroys the tank then his turbo boost movement is stopped just before the tank and he gets one hell of a headache! He may also shoot in the shooting phase with the following statline: Range:12" Str:5 AP:4 Assault D6 shots at every enemy unit within range regardless of LoS (he goes high into the air and rains down upon the battle field) and any cover save gained from not seeing 50% of the unit or being behind cover (area terrain is unaffected).

What. The. Bleep.

 

First, a 2+ armour and Inv save that allows him to move as a jetbike. It damages infantry at an unspecified S and AP and heavily damages tanks, with no drawback except a headache. Plus a "blast" attack that only affects enemies.

 

Seriously, look at the cost again.
