Was in the 13th black crudaide book (don't remember the name). Basicly random bits of mutants, possessed, and crap. Pic on box was pic in 13th blk crusaid book don't know that there iare any other pic's. I don't like it, think it's crap, but I also think the "mutations" sprue in the csm box is crap. As mentioned above, it was just a few Ork, Catachan, Marauder, Mutation and Zombie sprues, for you to kitbash your own mutants with. You can also get the EoT codex on Ebay sometimes, and it will tell you what parts to use and from where they are also to make the exact same mutants, IIRC.
