Ironblood's "true scaled" army project

I decided to jump on the "true scale" band wagon, and build up an army of "true scaled" marines.

I am using the sometimes referred to as "t-rex" method. Fat terminator legs and normal marine torso and arms.

Sternguard with heavy flamer.

C&C welcome

It looks good(certainly better than my first try) but a few crits:

-The torso is too long and thin. Most people who use termy legs and PA torsos tend to bulk the torso up with GS, otherwise the mini's out of proportion.

-The arms. This is more a personal thing, but the thing that makes true-scaling work for me is capturing the chunkyness and power of the marines, and the only arms that really pull that off are termy ones. They also make the guns look more in scale with the mini, which is kinda the point of all this.

Don't let my comments, or any one else's for that matter, put you off. This is the internet and there'll always be people who criticize your minis. Once this is done you'll have one of the most striking armies you can get.

The first 5 man combat squad nearing completion. I'm waiting on some microbeads (so that I can add some rivets to various parts) and GF9 magnetic bases.

The start of a chaplain. I used these space hulk legs because they reminded me of the older chaplain on bike mini.
