It looks like the minis were painted before, with a white undercoat, and then he stripped the paint. I'm really diggin that Ironclad! And the helmets on your marines. Feytor Posted November 26, 2009 Author Share Posted November 26, 2009 My plan of work HQ: Terminator captain with hammmer made of DA veteran sprue power mace + khemri shield, body of old metal chaos terminator with all chaos icons and pipes and wires remowed, head of typhus with trimmed vents and smaller horn I think. Terminator Librarian with shield (not so fluffy I know) Also with chaos terminator body but I left the pipes + wires. Force weapon made of plastic reaper autocannon blade + lizardmen spear = force halberd, also with khemri shield. Command squad - obvious Captain on jetbike - I'd like to make him with full MK6 armor, relic blade + khemri shield Elites: 10 Sternguard veterans - as you see, similar to OwlandMoon's strernguard. 2 Ironclad dreadnoughts - as you see 5 termies with hammer + shield. Hammers made of DA power maces, khemri shields, specific shoulders, Im not sure about helmets Troops: 30 tactical marines, 3 sgrs with power fists, 3 with chainswords, as you see, I'd like to add some ancient roman like leather straps. Fast Attack: 5 jetbikes HELL YEAH! 2 land speeders - Heavy Support: Land Raider Transport: 4 drop pods 3 rhino transporters Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The green stuff work on the chests is also excellent. My only criticism, is that on the dread the 'thighs' look too narrow, in relation to the rest of the leg. What i mean is they had only 7 "grand companies", its my belief and i saw this somewhere that every battle brother had some kind of CCW because they didn't have any assault squads. Also, captain of each company had different title, for example the captain of the First Company was known as the First Captain, the captain of the Second Company was known as Commander, and the captain of the Seventh Company was known as Battle-Captain.
