Warhorse47
My brothers, lend me your wisdom. I have 3 Land Raiders in my srmory, 2 standard and 1 Redeemer. With the changes to our new codex, I am not as likely to run my Blood Claws as I will Gray Hunters and Wolf Guard. Since the Redeemer can still handle 12, do you think it wise to try to pick up the Crusader still? fishnspoon
i don't no if u should buy a 4th LR, but i use my crusader all the time in my new space wolves army and my old grey knight army, i take termis in them and some times 15 marines. (the 15 blood claws coming out of the LRC is scary but a wolf lord and 7 WG termis with wolf claws is worse) u have a redeemer, u drop 3 men but gain the flame cannons which are really useful on the assault ;) stick 2 what u have and maybe one day with spare cash get the LRC (maybe think about magnetizing) hope i helped Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/183816-land-raider-advice/#findComment-2173272 Share on other sites
Hfran Morkai
I don't say you need a Land Raider but you should invest! I'm a self confessed Raider whore, I own four (Two standard, one crusader, one helios) and plan on adding at least two more crusaders to my great company, then again I do play armoured company. Warhorse47
Good point about the termi load out. I was fixated on BC and didn't even consider that! angel of justice
If you really like your land raiders a space wolves company can take 4 using wolf guard to take one as a dedicated transport and 3 as heavies. Though, I still prefer them as fire-support packs. The bulk to my current force, is 4 packs of 15 BC, each lead by a WG termie with a chainfist. Tons of fun, that is :teehee: Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/183816-land-raider-advice/#findComment-2173881 Share on other sites
