Godhead
So wolf guard can be assigned out to lead other packs, but the initial wolf guard pack has a min size of 3 models. So by my understanding, you have to have at least 3 wolf guard in order to have a single pack leader. Did I miss something in the 'dex? Matt D
how it works is you buy the wolf guard in your elite slot min of 3. then you can split those 3 to put them with other units. but you must buy 3. Oldenhaller
no you're correct - they can either all be spilit up or you can leave yourself with one or two guys as a mini unit ~O Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/184003-pack-leaders-do-i-need-to-have-at-least-3/#findComment-2175038 Share on other sites
muzzyman1981
Yup....you must have 3 Wolf Guard in your army to cover the unit minimum but they may be assigned out to other packs leaving you possibly with only a single Wolf Guard by himself in a Wolf Guard unit....or none at all.
