Nice and simple.. I think I want to GS a thin band around the forearm at the elbow, then I just need to add some wires and rivets after Im done fussing with them. Off to go work out some legs... Â Just noticed you cant see the dumb little fingers I sculpted.. worst part of the whole deal.. I will have to get shots of those as well.. After Looking over the works of Kid Famous The Punch, and Terrible_Trygon I decided to sculpt myself a Sister of Battle.. Im most likely going to cast it in resin really quick so I can evenly sand a few spots down and try to work in some Micro details like Rivets and what not.. Â Also I am really jealous of those blended star marines. They are soo cool. Not to sound like a sycophant but I cant help it The stars look better too, with the extra twinkle .. Base is flash aswell. Â The guy with the book I can just see it painted as the chaos codex and him saying.. Â "Thats right brother, AP3 haha" Â Also those bionic arms a cool, except Id be sad to put shoulder pads on them and lose that bionic bicep you sculpted (coolest part IMO). So Ive gone and casted them and started to sand them down.. And they are just now starting to look like a scaled down pair of little girlie Space marine legs.... IronDuke Posted December 4, 2009 Share Posted December 4, 2009 Those are some skinny legs, though looking at the torso and the head, I can't wait to see what you do with them. With the bionics, they look good, but in my mind potentially a bit skinny? Dennis Posted December 4, 2009 Share Posted December 4, 2009 http://i238.photobucket.com/albums/ff70/Zsoulless/IMG_6979.jpg  Lol, this reminds me a little bit on Bioshock, Big daddy with a lil' sister ;)  The thing that looks kinda wrong to me is that her legs go straight into her belly, there is no real 'waist/thighs' (dont know how to call those things in english) as far as I can see. Even though they probably are pretty muscular women, they still have a 'waist' :P  As cool as I find your sculpt, I'm also very fond of your marines, looking forward to see updates on them! Because she very much has a Waist.. shes just tacked together and doesnt have much in the way of Hips at the moment because the legs are just blanks and Ill be sculpting further details onto them.. such as Belts that will not only hide the connection between leg and torso but add a Hip accent.. His are Bent.. shes just stacked up and just tacked together for show.. hes hunched over carrying a Gun.. Â It will be much more apparent after get my Leg blanks casted, posed and sculpted over.. Zsoulless Posted December 6, 2009 Author Share Posted December 6, 2009 I really wanted to wait to show you any casts until my new Pressure pot and resin dye shows up.. doing figs this small you really need a pressure pot(mines toast new one OTW).. and Grey plastic is just better to look at.. But people keep asking about about size..
