Mammon
Tough call. Fluff wise the Space Wolves wouldn't be organized like the other chapters. So we would likely have something a bit different from that Formation. I think it would break down in game terms like this though. Master of Recruits might be a Wolf Priest. Master of the Arsenal would likely be an Iron Priest Master of the Watch might be either a WGBL (chosen man of the Great Wolf) or a Rune Priest (Seers and Librarians) Master of the Fleet is difficult as few Space Wolves specialize in Fleet Warfare, usually its left in the hands of a Lord or Battle Leader, when they are not present it falls to one of the Serfs who has dedicated himself to the chapter to command the fleet. Marek Grimfang
Same. I would wager they would be a combination of HQ's depending on your fluff, and your opponent's okay. Grimmwulf
We are talking about apocalypse so just treat them as "exchange marines" from some other chapter and there you go. dragon950
I use logan for chapter master and then I have Ragnar as master of assualt. For the other 3 I just make up titles for them. Since they are space marines and it is a space marine formation it is legal. The store owner who my friends and I go beat every couple of months even said so. I agree with this- Master of the Watch would be a Rune Priest, Master of the Fleet would be one of the other Wolf Lords, like Berrick Thunderfist back in the day. Growler67
I think of it this way: We are NOT the Smurfs. Their ways, rules and structures have no bearing on the Space Wolves and how we are or operate. Some aspects have similarities and/or translations that can apply. However they are not universal in application because then every Chapter would be just like the Smurfs. No diversity or distinctiveness. Space Marines are united in cause for the All Father but we are NOT the Borg. If you want them, use them. If you want to play 'nilla or Scars or whatever you like......so be it. Just keep in mind one thing: of ALL the Chapters of the Imperium, the most unique and distinctive are we the Space Wolves. No one else is like us and we are nothing like any of the others. Just my take FWIW. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/184459-masters-of-chapter-and-space-wolves/#findComment-2180348 Share on other sites

Well it mentions that the Space Wolf equivalent is called "The Father of the Unblooded" The point of the SM datasheets is that any player who takes Space Marines (and even traitors due to what they say about them being able to use all loyalist sheets too, so they have the most!) can field them. Dark Bjoern
I had written me such a datasheet with the old ´dex when Apo came out. Chapter Master Logan Grimnar Father of the Whelps Wolf Priest Ulric the Slayer Guardian of the Fang Rune Priest Njal Stormcaller Master of the Iron Island Iron Priest Ulf Strongbrow Pack Leader of the Fleet WGBL I used the same pointcost and strategic assets as for the MotC. The stats of the RP, WP, IP and WGBL had been close to a SM Captain´s one so i saw no problem.
