WG Vrox
In researching the tempest wrath power, it came to my attention that a crater made by an exploding vehicle could be considered both difficult and dangerous terrain. For sure a wrecked vehicle is considered such as it states it clearly in the rule book, but the crater left from a exploding vehicle is a little more unclear. Does anyone play their games using an exploding vehicle's crater as dangerous terrain? Wolf Guard Hengist
Me and mates replace the wreck with a crater and just treat it as difficult terrain, this never gets done when I game elsewhere though. Mammon
The difficult terrain is the standard for the local hobby shop. Dangerous terrain seldom crops up unless it is in regards to deep striking. Edit: Spelling. Grogugluk
I've never played with an exploded result being dangerous terrain. Where are you finding that in the book? I thought it was only the empty shell of a vehicle that was the dangerous terrain. WG Vrox
I've never played with an exploded result being dangerous terrain. Where are you finding that in the book? I thought it was only the empty shell of a vehicle that was the dangerous terrain. As I stated its not clear in the book, this is due to the fact that all terrain should be classified at the beginning of the game, so you can say at the beginning of the game that all craters are considered as such. My last opponent ask that it be so, this is what brought up my inquiry. Vrox.
