As some will know, im tremendously bad at taking pics.

But as i was on Throne of Skulls this weekend, some others had a try, and i found some results on the net.

Here, the colours are correct, and you actually see some detail :cuss Finally !! So, its possible. Not for me, but in general. :)

So here, and click for some better resolution:

Well, its in the travel box, but still the most true to the coloour pic i have got of my minis in wolfwing.

Not very sharp in focus, as the blue stuff on the armour are 2 to 3 separated lines usually, not blue blobs.

That is amazing work mate. I especially love the freehand work on the rhino and the drop pod. Maybe I missed it but weren't you going to do a tutorial on your heads?

Where exactly are you putting the magnets for magnetising the Heavy Bolter? I couldn't really see the space for it when I considered it, so I'd like to know so I can do it also.

re: your awesome drop pod.

It seems to me you have hit the following notes on the doors:

- Wolf Lord (thunderwolf lord)

- Grey Hunter (the cover of Lone Wolves, by the look of it)

- Blood Claw (charging)

- Long Fang (heavy bolter)

What are you missing? I'd say Wolf Guard. Plaster a nice Terminator on a door.

Its in between the gunenrs hands.

I use neodym magents, very small and quite strong enough for our 40K modelling purposes; für the guns, they are 3mm in diameter, 1mm thick. Holds the stuff perfectly in place.

You just drill a hole trough the gun grip the gunner is holding, and place your magnet there. You could even also just glue it in place.

I had chosen a Runepriest. Not sure if i have shown it yet though.

Hae those white untextured looking rocks on your thunder bases. Great model.... great paint, love the them. Hate those rocks. Did I say those white rocks distract from the model and make it sucky looking. Awesome thunderwolves, man. I want.
