So, if I use a shooting attack, does the attack automatically hit if I pass the psychic test? Or do I have to use the BS like a normal shooting attack after the psychic test? Isiah Posted November 19, 2009 Share Posted November 19, 2009 Yes shooting psychic powers generally follow the same mechanics of normal shooting, unless the rule for the chosen power specifically states otherwise. The psychic hood pass merely means that the Libby has worked himself into such a psychic state to enable the power to be used – apart from that it has no influence on the effectiveness of the power.
