minigun762
Does anyone have any easy/quick ideas for how to make plastic servitors? I'm thinking some mix of IG and fantasy bits but I'm not sure what to use to give it the robotic look. Severus6
I have seen used in the past a combination of Necron and Brettonian Men-at-Arms that actually looked pretty darn good. Now granted it was a theme army and the servitors did not look as bulky as your regualr "run-of-the-mill" servitors but they did look good and the pieces seemed to match very wellwithout too much green-stuff. Just a suggestion, hope it helps. Severus6 Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/185341-plastic-servitor-conversions/#findComment-2191725 Share on other sites

I was also looking at the Rat Orges from the fantasy range because of their claw/weapon hands but the head is all wrong. Severus6
Yep, they might work if you were going for that "beastly" look. The Ad Mech Army that I mentioned earlier was based around a theme that went something like this. An Ad Mech Tech Priest arrives on a Feral World (Gunpowder and Steel capable) and basically acts as a missionary. He introduces the cult of the Omnissiah and the world eventually becomes a Knight world that grows food, produces troops and acts a forward warning post in the system controlled by the Ad Mech. The general population still maintain their flintlocks and sabers but the royal Houses of the Planet and the Govenor are supplied with Knights and other technology. Granted this process has gone on for well over two thousand years by the time my associate puts together his army from that miasma of technology and dark age misery but it works and looks cool, so he went with it.
