Devon M
I was thinking maybe the four masters from the SM range? Any other ideas? I've also been thinking about using the chaplain termi as the brother captain of a termi squad, just to ad more fluff to it. Death Guard
Some time ago I thought about using the robed Dark Angel minis, but sadly due to lack of time this project didn´t came further than one test mini, i planned to use normal power swords for nemesis weapons and double bolt pistols as stormbolters. Devon M
nice, I have seen pics of the robed guys. I think it would look really good if you could get enough detail on the rob, and get a good GK helmet, but otherwise it might look a little under detailed compared to the other models. Commander Remiel
I am looking at an all plastic DIY GK army. Been doing some research on bitz, etc that would work. Planning to base their appearance on the IA article that shows PA & TDA more like standard SMs and black/very dark grey armour instead of metallic silver (or similar). Doing the plastic DIY will give me a wider range of weapons for the NFWs and also poses. I know there is at least one DIY project thread on B&C (CDR Grendelwulf's Shades of Grey: Grendelwulf's Grey Knights, Exorcising my Inner Daemons - Project Battle Company comes to mind). Death Guard
Well for the helmets, first their is a nice hooded helmet at the DA sprue, second I just placed an order with these guys: http://www.maxmini.eu/store/index.php?main...;products_id=60 They told me a couple of days ago, that the helmets are on the way, so hopefully I´ll be able to tell more in a few days.... Karitas
I've been thinking about the same thing myself. And on my blog http://excommunicatetratoris.blogspot.com/ have been building several, all from bitz I already had, and some quite old and manky at that, but with a wider cast of the net I think some unity could be acheived.
