Huricane bolter and stuff

Hi, Huricane Bolter is listed as "three twin-linked bolters" . Does that mean i can fire 3x 24'' or 6x 12'' with rerolls? Also can i choose the fireing mode for example on LR Crusader even if it moved?

Another thing that bugs me is Company Champion in Command squad. Does the veteran that is upgraded swap his bolt pistol and chainsword for power weapon and combat shield or does he keep the bolt pistol?

Vehicals may fire heavy and rapid fire weapons as if they were stationary. So yes you may fire in either mode regardless of if the vehicle has moved. so 6 shots reroll to hit within 12" and 3 reroll to hit within 24" but greater than 12" Also as a str 4 weapon it is clasified as defensive.

Company champion doesnt replace any wargear, thus he will have power weapon, chainsword, bolt pistol, and combat shield. however as he is no longer a "veteran" he may not take any other upgrades (except for being on a bike).

Frosty is on point here. Just to highlight: since the Hurricane Bolters are defensive weapons, you can move the LRC 6" and fire them. And you can choose one weapon to fire (say, the Assault Cannon) and use PotMS to fire another weapon (the melta gun) hey, that's all the weapons on the move! See why the LRC is such a popular choice? :)

^This is also true. Some people get confused here, thinking "If I buy him a Storm Shield (or some other upgrade) first then upgrade him, he can keep the Storm Shield." Ordering here in fact does you no good. Since the rules say "Any Veteran may take a Storm Shield", for instance, if you end up with a Company Champion holding a Storm Shield you have an illegal wargear choice..because no where does it say "Any Veteran and/or the Company Champion may take a Storm Shield", nor does it say "Any model may take...", etc.

Thanks for the feedback guys.

So basicly Company Champion has 3 (4 on charge) PW attacks (1 basic,1 for being veteran and 1 for having 2 ccw's) right?

2 attacks as a vet, +1 for the offhand, +1 on the charge; you got it. He is Weapon Skill 5 and that is his true power.
