Pavement Artist
Just wondering, who amongst my fellow wolves has had a chance to pick up the new audio CD from the Black library? Its very good stuff, space wolves and zombies are a recipe for fun times. On the whole it ranks amongst the best (non dr who) audio tales i own and it works wonders for wolf painting sessions. Of course if you were one of the folks who had the foresight to pick it up at games day then you've probably listened to it to death by now. In conclusion- Nick Kyme knows how to write beards and axes tales. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/185819-thunder-from-fenris/ Share on other sites
Howling
Well I had mine since about two weeks.....but honestly I was a bit disappointed with it... For my opinion it was WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too short....for 15 bugs (which is about as much as the whole omnibus was...) I was expecting more than half an hour of story... I did like that it was about the new thunderwolves though as I really like those, but still the length of it just doesn't fit for the amount of money it cost.... Night Runner
Sounds like a marketing ploy just to capitalize off the fervor of the new army. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/185819-thunder-from-fenris/#findComment-2197895 Share on other sites
Beef
It was better than previous audio books GW have done. The guy telling the story seems to be a lot better. Why the SW sound like the satanic spawn of Arnie I dont know. I would personally prefer a book but hey Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/185819-thunder-from-fenris/#findComment-2198053 Share on other sites

Iron-Daemon Forge
I had my copy since Games Day UK. As said it a bit short, but overall I really enjoy the whole story & it keep given me lot of cool idea on the model front for my now 6000pts Wolves force. Would recommend this to anyone & I really do hope for a future story. I was expecting more than half an hour of story It was 50min-ish as to what my PS3 timer said while listen to the story.
