Corpse.
The daemon models are very naked and smooth for modifications to plastic, namely the bloodletters. Just curious, what if we used our grass-flock basing on the model itself and not the base? I think I could try and pull off a furry wolf-like bloodletter. Though I cannot find suitable heads the size I need them. I have a good number of un-used bloodletters since I broke away from the horde variation. So I thought I could experiment. Diving into the more feral of Khorne's themes with snarling K9's and lycans. (Making fun of the new SW codex to a small extreme.) Anyone else have experience with flocking model's bodies? I know I will have to layer on the glue and use the spray-freeze stuff to make it stay properly through the abuse. Niiai
Heh...I was thinking of aplying sand in my SM a period to make there armour more robust. I think your idea sounds cool, but perhaps you dont have to cover all of the model? Corpse.
The model would be easy to cover, well easier then most with no corners really. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/185970-warp-wolves/#findComment-2202900 Share on other sites
Primarch16
I think it would be difficult to pull off. If you want more feral looking bloodletters then I used chaos beastmen, they look the part with blood red skin and glowing yellow eyes. LuNCHBiZZLe
Or use the older bloodletters. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/185970-warp-wolves/#findComment-2212499 Share on other sites
Seahawk
Yes, like these guys! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/veritas117/My%20Best%20Models/100_3306.jpg Definitely more brutish looking than the spindly variety.
