whill4
Lets say I equip my GK dread with a twin linked heavy bolter and the standard storm bolter. If I wish to purchase psycannon bolts do I have to puchase psycannon bolts for each weapon or purchase the bolts once for the entire model? hendybadger
Would using the Psy bolts on Heavy Bolters be better than using the Psycannon from the FW rules? whill4
I think the Psycannon would be marginally better. It has a higher strength. But the heavy bolter is twin linked. jeffersonian000
And the Heavy Bolter is tournament legal if IA rules are not. SJ Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/186313-gk-dreadnought-and-psycannon-bolts/#findComment-2204778 Share on other sites
Inquisitor Fox
I think the ideal situation here is magnetization, or dry fitting. The Dread model seems fairly simple to swap weapons on the right side by simply owning both, priming and painting both up, then either dry fitting them onto the peg, or utilizing magnets to make the weapons easily swappable depending on what you're planning on doing.
