JBFlanz
I am wanting to put a flamer on my Grey Hunters and realized there are none in their box! How do I go about getting them? What kits do I have to buy to pick those up? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/186387-new-player-model-question/ Share on other sites
Night Runner
You can either buy a box of Tactical Space Marines. It has one. Or else go to the 'Bitz and Kits' site (or a site that sells individual kit bits, there are several) and just order the flamer piece. If you buy the box set you can always mix parts with the Space Wolf Box set, so its not wasted money. Hope this helps. Lord Howland Greywolf
Space marine or black templar sprues your best bet. See if you can do a swap with someone. Otherwise there are always the bit stores. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/186387-new-player-model-question/#findComment-2204202 Share on other sites
jmteeter
If you're just looking for a single flamer I'd say go with a Standard Tactical Marine Squad since it comes with one then you can use all youre extra stuff that comes with the Wolf Pack Sprue and add that to the tac squad giving you 2 squads. If you need more then one go with the Cadian or Catachan Imperial Guard Box (Not very useful since then you have all the IG and nothing to do with them) Best idea I can think of is find a website that sells bitz like: http://www.thecombatcompany.com.au/ you bite the bullet a bit but you get exactly what you want. No muss...no fuss. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/186387-new-player-model-question/#findComment-2204205 Share on other sites
King Tiger
asking fellow gamers you game with would probably be the first good step Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/186387-new-player-model-question/#findComment-2204211 Share on other sites
Jonny Wolf
Brother King T. is right. Just grab your bitz box and go to your club and ask some guys if they're willing to trade. Meet new friends and you can really pick up some good stuff.
