Thanks man, I did too but a local store manager and others( I also had doubts) brought up the problem that it didnt look 40k enough, so now Im thinking of a new version( more knight-ish?) but I've kept the molds for the old set.

Wow, long time since I last posted, been busy with school, and my motorbike i bought for my 15th birthday , but i have now a update:

http://i931.photobucket.com/albums/ad158/1TH0R3/Picture001-1.jpg

http://i931.photobucket.com/albums/ad158/1TH0R3/Picture010.jpg

http://i931.photobucket.com/albums/ad158/1TH0R3/Picture009.jpg

http://i931.photobucket.com/albums/ad158/1TH0R3/Picture004-1.jpg

http://i931.photobucket.com/albums/ad158/1TH0R3/Picture012.jpg

But I decided I wasn't happy with the fur still looked to artificial and rigid, so now I'm trialing a new fur (pics up soon ?) that I'm going all out on. I'm quite happy with the armor though.

Triszin: Thanks for the link, maybe in the future if i get my standards up

Really loving the model - the shaggier/clumped fur looks a lot better. The legs/waist seem like they're in the right position, but they're pretty vertical, which is great if you want the model sort of surveying the scene. I'd suggest tilting them slightly forward if the rider's "charging in to battle". The armor looks like a much better fit with the Marines. The old stuff was really nice too, but a bit off aesthetically. I did like the chainmail on the old model; if you could work it in to the legs or belly, that'd look great - if not, no big deal; there's enough to see already.

What sort of decorations/trophies are you going to add? What kind of weapon will the rider use?

Again, really great work, very inspiring!
