Calgar 2.0
For those of you who don't know what this Ordo is, it is a younger one, which GW created in the fluff, that combats plagues, most notably, the Zombie and Oliterator plagues. My question is, what should I use to represent them? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/187205-ordo-sepulturum-detachment/ Share on other sites

Inquisitor =D=
I think Deathwatch would be appropriate. Failing that a literal Ton of flamers and germ masks, maybe some anti-septic? Lysol? Seriously though I would think some Inquisitorial Storm Troopers with specialized equipment and flamers, lots of flamers. =]D[= Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/187205-ordo-sepulturum-detachment/#findComment-2214587 Share on other sites
BrotherLoki
I think the Witch Hunters codex has the best mix of appropriate units. There's basically 2 approaches to the outbreak of the zombie plague. The first is to emphasise the plague aspect - go for chirurgeons, sages etc. The second is to emphasise the zombie aspect - and go for chainsaws and shotguns. Both approaches lend themselves quite well to flamers as well. Follow the tropes of zombie movies and you should end up with a characterful army. The plague was first reported by medicae missions of the Orders Hospitaller, so I think there's a good case for having a Sororitas presence. It's rampant in the civilian populations so make use of arbites (inq storm troopers with shotguns and flamers). Also have a look at the 13th Black Crusade campaign pack on the Tempus Fugitives website. They created an Ordo Sepulturum special character for the campaign weekend at Warhammer world. heretic??ME??
Guard with flamers!!!!! Use the guard army list and add and Inquisitor Lord put three medics in his retinue. Use hell hounds aplenty, chems and regular. Chimeras with heavy flamers etc. Medics in all command squads. Veterans with shot guns, chainswords and Flamers Model guys in hazmat suits/gas masks or go the old superstitious route and use charms etc. People during the Black Death era used to carry oranges. The smell would drive away the plague!! So max out on the priests? Failing that I'd use Arbites ermmm with flamers!!! Or a bonus unit of sisters with FLAMERS!!!!! Gaz1858
The Elysian Drop troops come with rebreather masks. Might work headwise. As weapons go i agree with Inquisitor =D= and say Flamers!!!! As an HQ maybe a tooled up Apothecary? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/187205-ordo-sepulturum-detachment/#findComment-2214938 Share on other sites
