Just finished a massive comission - over 10000 pts of black templars :)

 

Starting to paint this chap tomorrow

Looks good, is the look your going for one of it looking a different colour where the light hits it (like on TVR cars)\a liquid effect. - Ok I know what I mean even if everyone else doesn't.

 

Anyway It looks great, I wasn't too sure when you first put the base coat on, but after these latest pics-WOW!! Will all your marines be painted like this or is this a special one off colour scheme for this model?

It's not that difficult - but takes a lot of time, and glazing, and underpainting, and glazing and underpainting and so on :/

Ok taking a few hours break - don't want to get bored with this one :teehee:

 

Don't really know what to make with those tubes - think will do them silver nmm maybe ...

I love the whole concept you have got here. The tongue wrapping around the arm, the fantasy helm, the hooves, the wild paint scheme. This isn't your average Champion, He has style. Hang in there with the torture we put ourselves through to finish painting a project. Focus.
