WIP - pre-heresy jet bike

Hi all!

Well, I've had this weird conversion sat on a shelf for what seems a looong time (probably not that long!) I made it up as a quick muck about, orignally with its original chainsword arm. Well, I sawed this off, and replaced it with a clenched powerfist (from Gday mini - aurelius) and decided to go a bit 'old school' on it, as its (mostly) an older model. Anyway, for now, its going to be a powerfist skyclaw (to bulk up the squad-give it anti big thing) and later on a wolf guard for a swift claws squad ;)

Please let me know what you think! It was fun and quick to paint!

another question now is, now that I've picked up micro sol/set do I add some small transfers? hmmm

Hi there :tu: Its so low because when I made it, it was meant to be skimming the ground, but also, because its part of my gaming army, rarther than my cabinet forces, I didn't want to rely on a flying stand as the model is so heavy!

The head is from an old metal gladerider champion I believe

I like it very much, it pretty much oozes old schoolness (in a good way) and the paint job more than does the mini justice ;). I think it could benefit from being raised off the ground slightly though, maybe you could use on on the really short flying base stands between the base and the bike, that way you wouldn't have to worry about it tipping over too much, and still keep the skimming the ground look as well.
