rodgambit
If you put a rune priest in a drop pod force could you use storm caller when you hit the table or before you hit the table or would you have to wait until his next player turn to use it? I was thinking it could be useful to help protect the drop pod force from incoming fire after landing. You have to wait until your own next turn, as its cast at the start of the turn, before DPs are placed and scattered for. Jonny Wolf
Why can't the rune priest cast it as soon as he lands and gets out of the drop pod? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/187450-storm-caller/#findComment-2217915 Share on other sites
Grimtooth
Why can't the rune priest cast it as soon as he lands and gets out of the drop pod? The turn has already started at that point.
