I used some Sisters and a Canoness with my Marines in my last game and they performed very well, earning me a well fought victory. As for Arcos, they'd certainly add some MEQ killing assault ability but they're a bit of an odd choice. They're not that cheap and have requirements to be met in a Priest. If you read the Priest's details they must be attached to a unit, but it only lists units from the WH codex as options for this. So it starts to get expensive unless you were planning on taking other units from the codex. T5, a 4++ save and the chance of a large number of attacks is good but their cost and the difficulty you can have in getting them where you want makes them a bit unwieldy. This is why most people ally in Sisters as they're very dependable and quite cheap. Arcos can cause a huge amount of damage against the right target - the problem is always getting them there. Even if you can get them in the right place and activate the stims you often find the Arcos lose their effectiveness as they get punished after sweeping through the enemy unit. I think you should give them a go at least. Only once you've got some experience with them can you tell if they're right for you.
