Custodian Athiair
I was thinking about if you wanted to make your own Company (13th lost to the warp), how do you choose what to have as the icon, mythological wolf etc. so i was wondering what all the different mythological wolves were in fenrisian mythology can anyone give me a substantial list (i know all the ones out of the codex) thanks a lot Athiair :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/187494-different-wolves/ Share on other sites

Skirax
They don't need to be lost 13th company, the Wolf Lords in the dex are only the current ones; you can have a great company from an earlier age. ironking
There are plenty of cool wolf names in the Tolkien cannon. For eg: Draugluin: Pale Wolf or Blue Wolf (Sire of Werewolves) Carcharoth: The Red Maw (greatest wolf that ever lived) Anfauglir: Jaws of Thirst (alt. name for Carcharoth) Then a quick google search revealed: Aragh: The Dragon and the George Maugrim: Lion the Witch and the Wardrope Gmork: Neverending Story However in all fairness the Tolkien (inspired by Kalevala / Prosse Edda etc) wolves make for much better symbology.
