I've also got a shedload of pics for the making of the 1000 points of my army which are already finished, they're posted at The Serpent's Lair (those who frequent our little corner of the warp will have seen them already) but I might be persuaded to post some here. I have pics of both painted and unpainted earlier projects, but I suspect that the finished ones aren't supposed to be here in the WiP-section... C&C appreciated. The wings on the Lord are a set of mechanical wings from Micro Art Studio, the wings on the Raptors are from MaxMini. You really nailed the pose for the middle guy in the first photo of the first post :) I have nothing even vaguely resembling criticism. These are awesome all around. I don't like the official models either and especially not the price. The weapons on mine are rather large and solid pewter so the oblits are about as heavy as they look, which is kinda nice. Brother Yroc: Thanks! I thought that it was only fitting that one of the flashy Raptors would wield two pistols. There will be a couple with slightly more OTT poses (one of whom are wielding two CC-weapons), but I suspect that I won't be able to get any more done before the holidays are over... The pyramid studs are leftovers from an old belt of mine, so I added a few of them them to the rhino to make it stand out more. Most things I do are converted in some small way, I have even taken to making hidden easter eggs on some of them. The coming projects will be slightly more converted than the previous ones so there will be lots of fun stuff to look at in a while. Next projects are a squad of regular CSM and a power weapon champ, might be persuaded to paint the finished projects after that (I've got a BFG fleet waiting for attention from the brush as well...). The only thing I can see that does anything that bothers me is the completed bases on some fo the models, they just look...too busy.
