The guy i was facing had his dread assault through cover to attack my penitent engine. His initiative is 4, mine is 3, but i said i get to attack first because he assaulted through cover, and had no wargear or rules that allowed him to function otherwise. I assume assaulting through cover for a walker is generally the same as for infantry, because of the similarities in stat-lines, movement, and functions. He said that didn't seem right to him, and was a bit upset when his dread ended up dying. So, i'm just looking to you guys to make sure i made the right call.
