Really great work. I put so much work into converting the first and only Noisemarine I've made, I've been reluctant to make a whole squad to that standard. I have old Dark Eldar galore, everyone that came in the 3rd edition box set. I also have the arms of the latest Noisemarine conversion bits, not to mention a tonne of 40K bits. A lot less fantasy bits, but I've been known to buy a box just for parts, though online you can sometimes get exactly what you want, other times it just takes too damn long.

I'd already decided a unit of Noisemarines was a post Astronomi-con Vancouver priority. Six, with sonic blasters is my goal, I want them to all look different. I believe I have every Noisemarine ever made, multiple copies of most. This is a lot easier than for Khorne or Nurgle. I don't even have every Nurgle Renegade, but I have most every Bezerker made, just not the latest Forgeworld Conversion parts. I mean how many bezerkers do I need? I'm thinking 20.

I'm painting a Slaneesh sorcerer I made DIY style out of a Dark Angel veteran body and a bunch of other bits. Never though of using a female fantasy sorcerer... I haven't played Warhammer Fantasy in so long, I'm unfamiliar with what they've made models of, I tend to support the independent conversion bit makers of which more and more seem to be emerging.

Waiting to see more of this project. My latest modeling projects are detailed here:

Whoa! Space hookers!

I approve.

I'm still unsure which Avatars of War model is relevant to this thread. These models have a tonne of detail and although my local hobby shop does carry them, I'm not sure basing an army of fallen SOB off of any of them is really practical. Dark Eldar female bits, plus SOB, plus fantasy elves, plus perhaps Escher figs which I have many...

So many ideas, so little time and energy.

Fantastic job! They look awesome.

However, I would make a couple suggestions. First: IMHO the chaos marine backpacks are a bit oversized for those models. Maybe use loyalist *GASP* backpacks but use putty on the exhaust spheres to turn them a bit more Slaaneshi? Also, I think you could use just another layer of Greenstuff on those loin cloths between there legs, and sculpt them so that they have creases, if possible.
