But also it says it only works for units that are teleporting but not by, "other means of transport." But I was curious to ask if a Terminator Librarian w/ a Terminator squad and/or IC Terminator used The Gate of Infinity to DS them (because it follows the DS rules) to a model with a Teleport Homer within 24"? Teleporting is a specific ability that models wearing termy armour have to enable them to enter play when starting from reserves. GOI is not teleporting as we are not told that it is.
