Grim Dog Studios
I just got a battleforce for christmas and it seems to be missing a whole sprue of bits. I only have enough sprues to make 15 space wolves, a drop pod and some scouts, what should i do? Dark Bjoern
Go to your local GW, or whereever you have bought the box and tell them about your problem. Jarl Kjaran Coldheart
I ordered it online though then contact GW as soon as possible and explain your problem. whatever GW's faults, and they have many, i have never had nor heard of a problem like this that they didnt quickly and efficiently fix. (usually by sending the missing pieces) WLK Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/188089-the-space-wolves-battleforce/#findComment-2225893 Share on other sites

SamaNagol
I would wait until you speak to them on Boxing Day on the phone. That way you can say to them which sprues you DO have. Grim Dog Studios
The closest time i can speak to them is monday :P Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/188089-the-space-wolves-battleforce/#findComment-2225907 Share on other sites
SamaNagol
Ok, well make sure you keep the actual sprue carcasses after you have removed all the pieces. They all have serial numbers on and you can relay to the operators which sprues you have, so they can identify which one is missing. I assume it will probably just be the one you don't have 2 of. Ullr Direfang
I ordered it online though then contact GW as soon as possible and explain your problem. whatever GW's faults, and they have many, i have never had nor heard of a problem like this that they didnt quickly and efficiently fix. (usually by sending the missing pieces) WLK every time i have had a problem like this it usually resulted in GW sending a whole new box. it happened with a couple fanstay boxes i got and a vostroyan platoon when i got one of those, it was missing 5 guardsmen and a heavy weapon, they sent a new platoon box. made me happy. 40k Junkie
Hey man, It's happened to me in the past. !!!!!!!DO NOT THROW THE BOX AWAY!!!!!!! Just call GW customer support and read them the batch number and product code off the box and they will send you out either the sprue you are missing or a whole new box ^_^ BUT be warned they take your name and email down to put you in the database. sonofwaranddeath
yeah, I one got two left sides to a Land Raider. Week later, I had a Land Raider, and gave my friend the LR w/two left sides. The result was a funny looking Battlewagon :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/188089-the-space-wolves-battleforce/#findComment-2226095 Share on other sites
Guerra
Don's stress. GW has the best costumer service in the business. Tell them what happened, and they'll supply you with the needer parts (and often, even more). SamaNagol
Ironically enough, I just went to assemble my Legion of the Damned and I have the Multi Melta arms but the Heavy Flamer body, so I will be going into a store to swap that over on Monday. And they will do it for me too, because they are superb! Grim Dog Studios
Well i assembled all the stuff, the models are lovely, they look alot nice in the flesh than just in a picture, it was the first time ive put a drop pod together, they are so hard and fiddly. Dewi Sant
Don's stress. GW has the best costumer service in the business. Tell them what happened, and they'll supply you with the needer parts (and often, even more). I concur. I had a shipment lost in the post containing the new SW Codex, 3x Wolf Pack's 1x Wolf Guard boxset, 1x Dev boxset and Lukus that was sent out recorded delivery. I called them up and they replaced the whole order as well a adding Njal for free. 2 weeks later the original recorded delivery order turned up so I contacted GW and asked what they wanted me to do. They said keep it! Now that's costumer service! Guerra
My story is pretty similar. I ordered a bunch of misc stuff for my Guard, and it too got lost in the mail. Upon contacting them, they replaced my order and processed it on the day. A week later, the original order arrived, and I got the same answer: keep it. If only all companies worked like this... As long as less savoury characters don't go taking advantage of it. Beef
Same thing happened to me. Delivery was lost for over 2 weeks, sent out replacement, Finally when the original delivery turned up they said keep it. Now GW has many faults but there sustomer service is definatly not one of them. they have pretty much the best customer service of any company.
