4th Edition Space Marine Codex Question

This may seem really strange and out there, but any one remember how many crew members manned a Predator? I was thinking that, for my Legio B&C character, I might do a mini diorama with my character (Counts-as Chronus) and the Crew of their fallen Predator taking cover from enemy fire as they escape the wreckage of their tank.

C:BT says 1 for the Rhino/Razorback, 2 for the Predator/Vindicator, and 3 for the Land Raider/Crusader.

 

So 2.

Destructors, Annihilators, Vindicators and Whirlwinds all had two SM crew.

1 crew (Driver): Rhino, Razorback

2 crew (Driver, Gunner): Predators, Whirlwind, Vindicator

2 crew (Driver, Commander): Land Raiders

2 crew (Pilot, Gunner): Landspeeders

2 crew (Pilot, Co-pilot): Thunderhawk Transporter

3 crew (Driver, 2 Controllers): Damocles Command Rhino

4 crew (Pilot, Co-pilot, Gunner, Navigator): Thunderhawk Gunship

I thought that as of 4th Edition Land Raiders have 3 crew.

Nope, only 2. With the two crew sitting in suspended seats under each cupola, where could the 3rd possibly be, and doing what? He'd just be in the way, doing...nothing.

He's right, actually. It's listed at three in the 4e 'dex.

So it is. I guess this one of those cases where I would take FW fluff over GW fluff, as they wrote out all of the most specific technical data and the like that GW didn't. Seems more solid to me :jaw:.
