Hey Brothers,

Been quite a while since i did any work on my wolves

ANyway with my xmas money i bought another box of termies and i had been looking in the first box at the size of the frost axe and thinking that would be a fair size double headed axe.

So after hour or so tinkering i have come up with my version of the great wolf himself :)

What do u guys think? Still got trinkets to put on him and just had a great idea to put something on the axe which i will add a pic of later :)

I know the head not quite right but best i could do :(

C&C plz guys good or bad

Look at their assault cannons. Alternatively, what about getting a hold of some chaos bolters with the belts hanging out. Get a few of those, reposition them and glue them together to form a large belt that fits snugly under his cloak where the box would be.

Btw, that is a badass SW. That guy has a serious presence.

That's one big ol' gnarly wolf!

I like the version you've done ( like the original as well ), I think the second way you did the mag for the S-bolter was better, but I'm wondering if it wouldnt look even better by dropping the mag ( as has been stated ). But I think the belt feed would be too much... as a stormbolter just doesn't have the rate of fire to demand such an ammo-feed ( going by a-cannon belt ). If you did your own belt, a smaller version ( like that on the pedro cantor modell ) I think it might be cool!

All in all a very solid conversion! ;)

Thanks for ll the replys guys,

What im going to do is take a few pics.

1. What i changed it to at the mo.

2. No ammo at all

3. With an attempt at ammo belt.

Will get them up in a bit, The mrs is out at the mo so that means Call Of Duty time ;D while i can. Will then work on the big guy in a couple of hours or so and get the pics up :eek

EDIT.

Right searching through my not so vast bits box a came across and old attack bike heavy bolter with ammo belt. Is this something like what u guys were thinking ?

Struggling to find a better "older" head than the one i have as the rest of the older heads all have either a top knot or not hair :(

I think the way its bent adds to the sense of movement :eek ?

I like the ammo belt, the sixe fits just right and it has thast half-crude SW way kinda look to it

As for the pelt I'd say white or gray. In my mind it would be the pelt of a alpha male just as onl and gnarly as himself, not some upstart pup. :D
