chaplaincliff
taking pictures is a hard thing to get right, use your cameras macro function if you have it for a better focus on small objects like mini's. also it seams like your paints are a little thick, try thinning them down some, your colors seam very good, and I like the model though. wizard12
I think it's the pose. To me the plasma pistol looks funny as it's like he's getting ready to fire but he's looking the wrong way for him to be doing that. Awsome mini apart from that Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/188537-eagle-storm/#findComment-2231004 Share on other sites
Thadrash
Updated Hiya thanks for the comments i have recently done this model and tryed thinning the paint down and i think its turned out better :) but i still have a long way to go. Also I have only just stared playing around with the washes so i haven't done much with them on this model but plan to do so soon. Here are some pics of the model before i painted it. http://i539.photobucket.com/albums/ff360/thadrash/Warhammer%2040k/PC310001.jpg http://i539.photobucket.com/albums/ff360/thadrash/Warhammer%2040k/PC310002.jpg Tryed cutting bits of and using GS to make the base look less like the chaos base it was before hand. http://i539.photobucket.com/albums/ff360/thadrash/Warhammer%2040k/P1080012.jpg http://i539.photobucket.com/albums/ff360/thadrash/Warhammer%2040k/P1080008.jpg http://i539.photobucket.com/albums/ff360/thadrash/Warhammer%2040k/P1080004.jpg http://i539.photobucket.com/albums/ff360/thadrash/Warhammer%2040k/P1080011.jpg It still needs toching up here and there plz comment Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/188537-eagle-storm/#findComment-2245958 Share on other sites
Capt. Lysander
The olive green looks quite good, it provies an archaic feel. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/188537-eagle-storm/#findComment-2247065 Share on other sites
