What is the size of a Chimera? Is it bigger, smaller, same as a Rhino body? I will be getting a Armytransport soon and I need to know what size foam I will need to get, I will also get the Chimeras at about the same time but I will not be able to build one before I get the transport so knowing the dimentions rounded up to the next quarter inch would really be fantastic!!! :)

Happy New Year!!! :P

It´s wider, about a "track" wider (~1,5 cm), about the same height, though if u add the searchlight and don´t cut the "radio mast" then it´s higher.

But as I don´t have a rhino here atm, only a Chimera, it´s best if u check pictures and maybe go to GW´s website, they might have the currect specs.

The most important thing I've found is that it's wider than the Rhino, so you have to put it in at an angle but it'll still fit in a "Rhino sized" foam slot. It helps that you can remove the turret!

If you can, you might want to hold off a bit as the new Guard Chimera chassis vehicles have a new thinner design (the Hellhound and the Bassie in the Battle Missions picture) so you'd be able to transport them easily. No idea when the new Chimera kit will arrive though (is March too much to hope?) so it depends on how long you can wait!
