I tried to follow some codex guide lines such as the black trim on the shoulder pad for the 5th company and the sarge's red helmet. Sorry if the pics aren't the best quality, Im not that good at using my camera yet. The painting is good but maybe some highlights or washes are needed (Baal Red on the red) And also who wouldn't like the sarges helmet. I tried getting some brighter pics done but the flash just washed out the model and I cant seem to get my light sources correct. Oh well though, I'm sure I can find a tut for that somewheres. Vodunius Posted January 6, 2010 Share Posted January 6, 2010 Nicely done, tho on a fluff note Insignium Astartes states that the Doom Eagles denote company by both the colour of the right kneepad and the number it bears - so 5th company would have a black kneepad with a white 5 on it and silver pad trims.
