Pizzasemmel
since this is still WIP i won't post this is my BT thread (http://www.bolterandchainsword.com/index.p...182855&st=0) allthough it will end up in there some day One day i stumbled across a very neatly converted vindicator on the wide wide internet (the front was filled with skeletons, it just looked awesome) and i discovered this model has a lot of potential to be converted. So i bought one, gathered all the bits i have got left (which isn't that much) and my plastic card and got down to work. After two complete afternoons/evenings filled with "the mentalist" and a superglue flush i finished this baby. A few words on some of the detail: -the ammunition lift is ridiculous on the original model so i came up with a completly different solution. The idea was derived from the train mounted supercanons from WWII. Its scratch built - the ventilation system in the back was supposed to be a hole but i was too lazy to cut it out -.- -the barrel is from plastic card too, only the skulls on the tip are bits -i used a lot of CoD bits or details which were cut of the buildings (e.g. statues on the front) -oh yeah it a freakin brick wall ;) enough with the talking, here we go C&C welcome as allways beautifull fingers :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/189273-bt-vindicator-converted/ Share on other sites
Kanks
I think I speak for everyone when I say "Holy #@$%". That is some masterpiece you got there, and after looking at your painting thread it's obvious that it will be even more so when you're done with it. Pizzasemmel
I know he had the vindicator dozer blade but what did he decorate it with?  -Dozer blade, as said, is from the kit itself  -statues are from the big entrance from one of the CoD buildings  -Eagle side parts, also CoD (they are some kind of pillar)  -The brick wall is a textured sheet of plastic  -the chain, well...is a chain^^  -everything else: plastic card and magic sculpt (and small bits of course)  Hope this made things a bit clearer for you :) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/189273-bt-vindicator-converted/#findComment-2241796 Share on other sites

Capt. Lysander
The banners are a great addition. However, I have difficulty imagining this going to battle, without brother marines expending their lives to save damage on this precious vehicle.
