Skirax
I saw a guy in the WIP section using a Dark Angel robed legs bit to create a fur cloak. Is this a good idea? I'm not very good at molding fur, but there is an extreme lack of wolf arms, but then I could sculpt them hanging over his shoulder. What do you guys think? Oh yeah, i was going to use this either for a Rune Priest or Wolf Priest. Mammon
Some of my Space Wolves "salvaged" armor and bolters from the Green Monks over the years. As long as you mix in enough Wolfy influence or explain it away in the Fluff I doubt people will throw stones at you. Of course I also scoured most of the DA emblems from the armor and painted "X" over it to show the transition of ownership. Woulfeheart
I used a Dark Angel robed body to make my Rune Priest, and he came out plenty wolfy. It's all a matter of how the model comes together as a whole. Come to think of it, there was pics in a White Dwarf a while back, around the Dark Angel Vets plastic kit release, that used the robes for a Rune Priest's Wolf Guard Retinue.
