TDA Wolfguard Question

So I'm in the process of building a Space Wolf force and planned on having a squad of 4-5 wolfguard in TDA cruising around causing problems. The only problem is that I'm not 100% sure how to equip them. I have a general concept for the squad, just working though how many power fists to roll in.

Currently they're assembled with:

SB + WC

SB + WC+ CML

2 WC

PW + SS

CF + SB

Lascannon's get dropped on the poor sap with the shield, the rest mostly do their thing as needed. I was rolling up against some of the new big bugs and I was a bit disappointed with their performance having only 1 high strength weapon. Do you guys think it would be worth while upgrading one of the single WC models to have a PF/CF?

Thanks!

I would say that 9/10 times if Im only taking one or two combiweapons Id rather have the meltaguns- so I can pop a heavy transport like a battlewagon to get at the gribblies inside.

And Id make the WC with CML a PF with CML personally, or move the CML to the 2x WC model... or both.

Actually, I was just in the process of removing the WC arm on the CML and cleaning a PF as I read your post. Great minds think alike!

Still debating on the combi weapons however.

Well Plasma will help killing enemy elites, and is good vs light tanks. Melta is just a tank killer- and frankly WG are good at chewing through enemy elites really. But with relentless on them Plasma wont keep you from assaulting, and as theyre equal points its really down to personal preference.
