Just another terminator painted over Christmas. Technically this is my second ever painted space marine :P

Thats really nice mate, very good blending and good areas of contrast. I like the way you have done a more muted red instead of the Orange/Red some painters are going with at the moment. They are Blood Angels after all, not Circus Decoration Angels and last time I checked Blood wasnt Orange ;)

The red power armour is great. It's so smooth and I think blending looks seamless.

 

The blue tears are a nice touch.

Just to sound uber snobbish technically according to the old colour scheme blood angels were a very bright orange/red. Used to be a paint called Blood Angels orange in the orginal paint sets.

 

I do prefer the darker red though, bravo

The blending and colours are smooth and uh, creamy. Everything from the termy armour, to the jems and robes are very well done. I wonder if black soft armour would look better though.
