Hal Posted January 14, 2010 Author Share Posted January 14, 2010 @Silver Phoenix The mix of the green is a closely guarded secret, it stops a friend I play against from painting up dead marines in my chapter to adorn their foul chaos tanks! As for getting a smooth finish when painting the answer is simply that many thinned down coats are always better than one thick coat. Talking of white, here are my 2 finished Sternguard. I can understand your reason for not wanting to share the recipe though. I guess I'll just be experimenting to get it right then. :o  Oh and the scary thing, I have a similar scheme with a similar Chapter symbol, wierd huh?
